I was speaking with a good friend of mine who is very new to blogging. She wanted to know how to get a squeeze/ sales page inside of her wordpress business blog, without having to dish out a couple hundred bucks for someone else to develop for her.
I understood her frustration, and I knew that maybe with a little research I could find what she was looking for… a simple way to add a squeeze page to help her highlight and sell her products and services.
And guess what…I found it I shared it with her, and now, I am going to share this nifty free tool with you.
I’m also thinking that creating capture pages on my main blog here would increase my Alexa ranking! Also, it’ll just give my capture pages a different look.
So, I Googled “Free WordPress Squeeze Page Plugin” and found an Authority Pro free WP Squeezepage plugin. It’s an absolutely free download and generates a pretty cool looking and simple to create capture page. The plugin also has some pretty neat SEO features that most squeeze page themes do not have. The name of the plugin is Authority Squeeze Generator.
I do not know the developers personally and this isn’t an affiliate program. It does look like they have a WordPress theme that they are selling and probably some other stuff. I haven’t checked it out but if this plugin is any indication, their products are probably pretty solid! They are giving away a ton of value.

oh, thankss for this post. I was looking myself as well about some word press squeeze page plugin which would be free of course. i find 2 or 3 although i wasnt very happy with them. they were a few complicated. i have to try out the one you mentioned here.
